This actually looks like a really bad (and rushed) Windows 95-level MS Paint artwork, done by someone who just recently discovered that you could actually TYPE words in MS Paint. That, or it looks like your average run-of-the-mill Valentine giveaways that can be bought in your nearby bookstore. Calling the attention of PhilPost: There is a vast number of un-utilized and undiscovered talented amateur and professional graphic artists in the Philippines. How many students take Fine Arts/Viscom/Graphic Design every year? Ever heard of Deviant-Art? Do us all a favor and support the artistic community.
